The MakeBlock mBot-S Explorer Kit is an entry-level STEAM educational robot suitable for students aged 8 and above. MBot-S contains many electronic modules, such as LED matrix, sensors, infrared emitters, and infrared receivers. It comes with the supporting programming software mBlock (suitable for PC/mobile phones) and supports the Makeblock application for 3D construction.

MBot-S is an upgraded version of mBot. In addition to the functions provided by mBot, mBot-S is also equipped with an LED matrix display screen. Children can place LED displays in any position they want: front, back, top. The LED matrix display brings diversity to mBot-S, allowing children to customize images by programming RBG lights. Children can turn LED displays into boards that display scores, weather forecasts, or emotions.
