The Kitronik Micro USB 1W LED Lamp Soldering Kit allows you to create an affordable lamp that can be powered by a standard Micro USB mobile charger (sold separately). Previous versions were configured using a breakout board. The V2.0 comes with a specially designed main board. As a result, the kit is compact and easy to build.
The kit comes with a very bright 1W power LED that can be connected to a PCB with a power switch, Micro USB connector, and power resistor using the included cable. To assemble the kit, simply connect the LED to the desired length of cable and then solder the other end of the cable, the resistor, and the switch to the board.
